Spare room to rent in student house in Lancaster

I have signed a contract for a room which I no longer need for the 2021-22 academic year and am looking for someone else to take my place. It’s in the Bulk area of Lancaster a short walk from Sainsbury’s and the bus station. The room is a double bedroom and the house has an open kitchen and living room area, a garden, on street parking, a large bathroom and a smaller one with a second toilet.
