The room shares a bathroom on the top floor, equipped with bath, toilet, basin, and shower.

The kitchen is big enough for three, with a washer-dryer.

Rent is £400 pcm, with £400 for deposit. Bills are a total of £554.84 pp/pcm (which includes the £400 for rent)
