Lovely room available immediately

By the station in a popular student area, there is a beautiful room available from now until the end of the academic year in a well-secured Lancastrian town house for six people. The room is on the ground floor facing the back (so it's very private and cosy). There is built-in storage and a comfy double bed with a very nice, firm memory foam mattress. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a mini fridge for extra space, a roomy dishwasher, energy efficient washing machine and dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle as well as plenty of space for kitchen utensils. There are 2 bathrooms currently split by gender (one girl, one boys). There are 3 boys and 2 girls; all easy-going, friendly and clean. Only a scenic 10 minute walk to city centre, it is a very good choice of accommodation. You must be prepared to pay for the term upfront, although the landlord is very reasonable and waits for when the loan comes in. Landlord is helpful for any questions or issues you may have.
