The property provides some off road parking and a lovely big communal garden and patio area.

Nearest bus stop is 1 minute walk from the property and takes 10 minutes to the city centre.

Lancaster train station is a 10 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus.

City centre is a 15 minute walk.

Monthly fee includes: council tax, utilities & water.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum 4 weeks. Ideal for working professionals 21 and over. To secure our properties ― no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We require documentation from you to apply to become a guardian. These include:

- bank statement
- pay slips/ proof of employment
- photo ID
- An employers reference (phone, email or letter)

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

- £300 deposit

- Licence agreement is payable in advance from the day you move in.

We are UNABLE to accept the following:

- Children
- Pets
