House share, for home help.

I have a three bedroom house, with a well equipped kitchen, sunny (south facing) living room and really nice neighbours. Have students and families on the street, with good connection to local services as well as both universities and 5 min (brisk) walk from the hospital.

There's on street parking, great wifi, a large TV in the lounge and 2 friendly, previously feral cats who these days will happily curl up on your lap if you want and they've got used to you.

I work from home, [and it's important that you do NOT] and due to AuADHD am very untidy but it really stresses me out.. as a result I am trying creative options to resolve the matter. Ultimately, I'm offering drastically reduced rent for someone who would be willing to give up to one hour a day mon-thur to keep the place organised / serviceable.

I am asthmatic, so please no smokers/vapers

The available private room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and drawers. I can add a desk if you need one.

You'll have shared use of the remainder of the house which includes a lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. 100% not interested in anything 'dodgy'. I have a partner. that does not live here.

to be 100% clear then:
- you need to be willing to give up to an hour a day to help tidy/clean mon-thu.
- You must not be at home between 9 and 5 mon - thu.
