Hello Student studio will be available at 99-101 Penny Street, Lancaster, from 14th January 2023. Due to personal circumstances, I will be relocating outside of Lancaster.

One bed studio - one tenant only
Rent: £146 per-week
Facilities: en-suite bathroom
Bills: all bills included

Fob access to property - excellent security
Council tax does not apply - student accommodation

Rent is paid on a quarterly basis and I have paid the first quarter. New tenant to cover two further rental periods, expiring on 8th September 2023. Rent can be renewed with the property company, Hello Student. Only full-time students at either University of Lancaster or Cumbria, may apply.
