The room has double bed, sofa, wardrobe and desk etc.
The house includes an adequate kitchen (two fridge/freezers, washing machine with dryer), a living room (with a three seat sofa, 32" digital smart TV etc.), basement with pool table and bathroom with gas heating shower, gas central heating. bike storage, etc. There is fast WiFi broadband in the house. The landlord lives in house from time to time for the maintenance only.
