Ensuite, double furnished room, off street parking

Thank you for reading my ad. My current lodger is leaving as she has been offered a position at a different hospital. She used this room to stay when doing shifts at Lancaster Hospital rather than driving back to her home in Manchester. So this would be suitable for anyone doing a rotation at Lancaster.

I live in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house in the Standen Gate Estate (LA1), next to Williamson Park.

It is a quiet and friendly area. Very safe. Co-op shop just outside of the estate.

Easy access to the motorway. 20 minute walk into town and 30 minutes to the train station (my walking pace). 5-10 minute drive to the hospital in the centre. Kendal is around a 30 minute drive.

The room is a double, ensuite. This is on the top floor of the house.

There is a kitchen dining room and separate living/TV room on the middle floor.

Bottom floor contains a utility room where there is a washer and tumbler dryer. There is also a cloakroom on this floor as you immediatley enter the house.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is off-street parking in front of the house.

There is one cat, Nova, living at the house.

Bills (water, electric, gas, broadband, council tax) included.
