Thank you for reading my ad.

I live in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house in the Standen Gate Estate (LA1), next to Williamson Park.

It is a quiet and friendly area. Very safe. Co-op shop just outside of the estate.

Easy access to the motorway. 20 minute walk into town and 30 minutes to the train station (my walking pace). 5-10 minute drive to the hospital in the centre. Kendal is around a 30 minute drive.

The room is a double, ensuite. This is on the top floor of the house.

There is a kitchen dining room and separate living/TV room on the middle floor.

Bottom floor contains a utility room where there is a washer and tumbler dryer. There is also a cloakroom on this floor as you immediatley enter the house.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and there is off-street parking in front of the house.

There is one cat, Nova, living at the house.

Bills (water, electric, gas, broadband, council tax) included.
