Double Room in 2 Bed House

If you can look after and clean up after yourself we’ll get along fine, if ya know you are messy in communal areas this isn’t the right house for you! There’s only me living here so looking to help bring down costs and offer out the spare room!

Good transport links to town number 7 bus stops anywhere you need on the road :)

Kitchen amenities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, electric hob, fan oven, toaster, blender, fridge freezer.

Shared living room: There is a TV that can be used.

Downstairs toilet and sink

Upstairs 3 piece bathroom with over bath shower.
Strictly no recreational drugs in the house as I am in recovery. Alcohol is fine as long as it isn’t ridiculous 😅
I sometimes have four-legged friends come to visit - isn’t negotiable sorry!
Looking for someone who is a fellow queer or a strong ally to the community as it may be an uncomfortable situation if you’re a hater 😅
House has been newly done up with new carpets, doors, skirting boards, and newly decorated. There are a few places that are still a bit rough around the edges but none that would impact your life!
