Lovely Cottage-Style Home In Need Of Lodger

Hello, I am a musician, constantly on the road, and I am looking for a responsible and home-loving person or couple to look after my beautiful little house while I am away. I am usually home only for a couple of days a month, so it really would be like having the house to yourself most of the time.

You would have the newly decorated master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, black-out blind, library wall, desk, chair, and armchair.

Outside of the bedroom, on the landing, is a double wardrobe that would be yours to use.

You are welcome to enjoy the house as your own- access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom and, on request, the second bedroom/small office, (for an additional monthly fee).

There is a small yard at the back of the house, and there is plenty of space for parking on the quiet street. It is a 20 minute walk to Lancaster station and 10 minute walk into the centre of town.
