Spacious kitchen & living room. Small back garden, but great for sitting out in to catch the sun. 40 inch TV with Xbox 1 (which I just use for TV, but feel free to use) with comfortable sofa and armchair. Full table and 4 chairs for dinner and space for guests.

Your room currently has a double bed and a wardrobe with room to walk around.

There is a 3rd room upstairs which we've been using as an office, but is big enough for small single box bedroom.

Brilliant location. 5 min walk from the White Cross Pub, Cumbria University sports facilities and Williamson Park. 10 mins into town and 15 mins to Aldi Cracking view of the lake district from just outside the house. Gorgeous for sunset.

I am easy going flatmate. Very happy to keep to socialise and keep to myself at times. I would prefer a house mate that doesn't stay in their room all the time. My house mate and I would often watch TV, go for runs and drinks together. I do enjoy baking and happy to share, just watch your figure... You've been warned.

The area is quiet, the noisy university students always seem to avoid us.

I work for an Animal Rights charity in HR & coach at Morecambe FC. So have an interesting, but weird diversity of interests.
