A modern, furnished flat shared by nine people.

The room is a deluxe single room meaning it has an en-suite, plenty of floor space and a large single bed. The communal area is open plan that has a kitchen equipped with crockery, two dishwashers and 4 fridges. Alongside the kitchen is a dining area with a table to fit all flat mates and a lounge area with couches and a TV. Smoking is not permitted inside however the kitchen has a stunning balcony which overlooks the centre of Lancaster. The location of the flat is amazing, there is a bus stop outside which makes travelling to uni very convenient and the Aldi is a 3 minute walk away, there is also a takeaway and a pub beneath the building. I can’t comment on the other flatmates because I haven’t met them all however I am friends with two of the flatmates and they are both friendly, fun and welcoming.
