Room in a friendly 3-bed house for 24/25

Hi there!
We’ve had a flatmate drop out and need someone to take over this room. It’s close to the city centre, has £30 of bills included in the weekly rent, on street-parking and a patio garden. The house is on Melbourne Road with 3 beds and 1 bathroom. Be aware the deposit is non-refundable as part of a NoPosit scheme that provides you with insurance. You would be sharing with two friends, both going into their final year of studying English Literature at Lancaster Uni. We’re both super friendly and sociable :) The room is quite small but the communal areas are lovely and spacious!
