We are a 4 bed house in Bowerham with a spare single room (tenancy dates are from 12/09 - 13/08). £108 per week with bills included - council tax is separate. The deposit is £400 as this is with Mighty Housing - spare room just won’t let me put it that high! There is also extra storage in a cupboard outside of the room for your items.
We are 3 working professionals (recent graduates from Lancaster Uni) - we are looking for either a young working professional or a student.
