Hi, looking for someone to take over my room for 2024/25, as I’ll now be doing a work placement. I will pay £400 to take off my hands (the cost of the deposit)! £120 per week for 48 weeks, starting 12th Sept. All bills included. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 bathrooms.
