I am looking for a replacement tenant ether a student or young professional as I am no longer studying in Lancaster.
The room is in a great 4-bed house 10 mins walk from the bus station/city centre.
It is £130 a week bills included for 48 week.
Tenancy is with Escape Campus a reliable company.
There are three other tenants, 2 girls and a guy who are going into their third year at Lancaster uni. They are all lovely and friendly :).
Tenancy starts on 15th August but happy to pay £450 to take it off my hands.
