You’ll love staying in this one of a kind property, only 10 minutes walk away from Lancaster Castle. Everything from the staircase to the beds, from wardrobes to bathroom furniture, has been skilfully designed and handcrafted by the owner of this property.

One of the bedrooms is a large double, the second a small double for single occupancy. They both have their own bathrooms.. There is wifi, as well as hard-wired secure internet access and for those with bikes, there is a covered secure bike storage area at the rear. This property has all modern comforts and is fully furnished with a fully fitted kitchen and laundry facilities. It is very well insulated and also benefits from a positive input ventilation system.

As there are many people looking to rent high quality accommodation, including on a shorter term basis, we like to cater for this and include all bills. We would also like to potentially offer the room to mature students, please contact us to discuss and are aiming to offer the room to a respectful and tidy person.

We are looking to rent the rooms on a weekly rent basis, but if you are looking for something a bit longer, or are on a short term contract do contact me.. I myself will most likely be away a lot, so the property will often only have one or two rooms occupied.
