Double 1st Floor: Town centre

One room available in December but it could be free sooner. It is the 1st floor rear facing room onto the courtyard at the back.

All furnished with double bed and other furniture and have wooden flooring. We prefer longer term of 6 months, but may consider a shorter time if this is needed.

House has good central location to bus station/ Sainsbury and extremely handy for town. Also convenient for travel to the Universities. Close to the Canal!

Gas central heating/hot water off a combi boiler.

* Fibre optics broadband.

* Small courtyard with outside bike storage, accessible via patio doors from living room as in the picture. Washing line facilitates some outside drying when we have some sun.

* Bathroom with power shower. Kitchen fully equipped, with dishwasher and washer/dryer.

* The price for single occupancy includes unlimited broadband. Also utility bills for normal usage - gas, water, electricity are included.

* Council tax shared extra cost between 3 and we are band A, the cheapest band.

* Tv licence will be an extra cost as current occupants do not have one.

* Deposit is 200 pounds for single occupancy.
