A large double bedroom available for rent, long or short term, in agreement with the landlord.
There are gwo rooms to choose from, one is a smaller room which is a bit cheaper than the other two.
There is a large shared bathroom and also a separate toilet and sink, handy for busy times.
Galley kitchen, well equipped.
Fridge freezer x2, microwave x2.
Kettle and toaster is in the bedroom .
I am an easy going older chap who is used to sharing, so understands that communal areas need to be respected and kept clean and tidy by all.
I like to read, play guitar, enjoy the outdoors, go on holiday frequently, am sociable and respectful.
I have an old dog who, in my humble opinion, is adorable. He is no bother, doesn't bark much (he is now almost deaf and has poor vision).
He is house trained and just like to be kept company really.
I eat a healthy diet, not much meat and a little fish, mostly plant based meals to be fair. But am happy sharing with an omnivore.
Looking for an easy going flatmate, long term preferred but not essential, if someone needs a room short term then I am happy to help with this also.
