Double room in South Lancaster sharing with 1

I am looking for a cat lover to share my home with in the Bowerham area of South Lancaster with my 3 friendly outdoor cats (more indoor this time of year!) George is nearly 16, Dave is around 10 and Tom is 4.

I am ideally looking for someone long-term who is quiet and considerate. The double bedroom is now furnished with a new double bed, new mattress, triple wardrobe and tall chest of drawers. The house is a 20 minute walk away from most places in the town centre including the train station. There are plenty of bus routes from the top of the road including Lancaster University and Williamsons Park is a 15 minute walk away.

I have been sharing for around 13 years using Spareroom and have met lots of friends through the site who I have shared with. I work full time for the NHS and I Iove being outdoors when I can. I like the house to be quiet in the evenings and kept clean and tidy. I am mostly vegetarian but I don't mind if you eat meat.

I am looking to move to another house in South Lancaster with a decent sized garden and I would like a housemate to move with me although I haven't found anything yet. There is a small yard at the back of this house and on street parking.

Guests would be allowed from time to time if agreed in advance until we get to know each other well. I don't often have people round as I tend to go out and visit them. It'd be great to share with someone who wouldn't mind looking after/feeding my 3 cats if I am away or out.
