The house is energy efficient, has 2 parking spaces, and a private garden. It is well equipped, with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs lavatory, and an upstairs bathroom. The bathroom has a white 3-piece suite that includes an over bath shower.

Council tax and all bils are included in the price. Currently available for sharing with a female lecturer from Lancaster University.
