Room to let in shared flat

Hello!

We are looking for a third flatmate to join our cosy flat. We are two 23 year old close friends who both work and study at Lancaster University. As a result we are both often at home and like to hang out often in the shared living room in our free time. We would ideally like somebody we can get along with although we understand if you are somebody that likes your own space too :)

Our landlords are allowing us to find a third person who we get along with to fill the third bedroom on our contract as our current flatmate is moving out. We have lived here for a year and a half already ourselves and plan to remain here for the next few years and ideally we would like somebody who also wants to stick around. The minimum contract is for a year and it would be up to you if you wanted to stay or not after that!

We are an LGBT household and have made this flat into our home and so we are hopeful we can find someone who matches our vibe.
