2 bedroom flat- lovely secure building w/ parking

a lovely 2 bedroom flat with spacious living room and kitchen. 3 bathrooms and an outdoor furniture on balcony. It is a very lovely building space which is secure, safe and quiet. Near by are local shops and beautiful parks. it is a 5 minute drive to the city centre and nearby hospital. The flat is even more spacious than it looks on photos and has fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. There is under floor heating also in the bathrooms and 2 storage cupboards for additional things. We are only leaving due to our jobs which have relocated us. Everyone in the building is very lovely and kind! We would need someone to take over the tenancy within the next few weeks ideally by 20th December! thank you!
