The idea is that you can enjoy the feeling that the place you're paying the rent for , is actually your own space. That being said, we expect everyone to be reasonably tidy and conscientious (i. e. look after the house and respect each other's preferences)

- Currently, we are not considering couples. We want to have no more than 3 people living in this house -- so it doesn't get too crowded.
