Room available in city centre flat

Hi I'm Alan, I currently have a room available in my Lancaster City centre Apartment/flat. Its in an ideal area, close to all the shops. There is parking however until 6pm you do have to pay. The monthly rent includes all bills and broadband. The room can be fully furnished.

I am a full time worker and also a drag queen dj, so if that isn't for you, then neither is the flat.

I'm a fun person, and a very clean and tidy person. Ideally looking for someone like this.

I sadly don't want couples or pets. I'm allergic to pet fur and the flat isn't big enough for 3 people to live in. I'd also prefer someone who also works full time, mainly so we aren't under each others feet.
