Comfortable place, close to city centre

Comfortable room, 20 minute stroll to city centre. The house is occupied by 64 Yr old owner, who is a semi- retired nurse. I spend quite a few evenings out singing with blues/rock band, so some late nights. There is a labradoodle, who is sweet, but a bit wary of new people, so he won't fall in love with you immediately. There is plenty of room in the fridge for your own food. If I'm cooking I always do too much and I'm happy to share for no extra charge. Tea, coffee, milk and butter are included to avoid replicating jars and packets. Shared facilities, so thoughtfulness by both parties is expected. Straight laced people may take exception to my sense of humour and use of language. Politics are liberal, so crazy right wingers or ultra woke are welcome to scroll left. Ample parking available. A locked shed is available to store bike. Ideally I'm looking for someone considerate, with a sense of humour, who needs the room as a fairly short term arrangement, or as a Monday to Friday arrangemt . Bills are included.
