Looking for a fun and friendly 4th housemate to join 2 professional males and one female.
Great location with a bus stop/corner shop at the end of the street and 15 mins walk into town. Easy access to the motorway and rail links. There is both a washing machine and tumble drier in addition to plenty of fridge/freezer space. The house does not have its own driveway but the on-street parking is plentiful and situated on a safe, quiet, street.
I (the owner), currently live at the property but am moving out at the beginning of April. I know the tenants really well, they are all very relaxed and sociable. Looking for someone who likes to hang out, cook and watch tv, but everyone does also appreciate their own space. 1 tenant is a PhD student, the rest are professionals who generally work 9-5, however more than happy to have a student live here too, all are welcome! Ideally we want someone who will fit in well with the group.
The house is always nice and tidy. It would be expected that the person who would take the room would take part in cleaning, this is something we all pitch in on. I'd expect the house to be well looked after by everyone. If you smoke, please note that smoking is for outside only on the patio.
The property contains a small rear yard with a garden set and some flowery bee friendly plants. There is also an out-house/lean to where you can store a bike, this is also where the tumble drier is.
Please note rent includes more than just standard utilities, it incorporates COUNCIL TAX, TV LICENSE and CONTENTS INSURANCE! We also now have broadband that puts out at 1gb upload and download so ideal for working at home.
