Double room to rent for postgrad/ PhD student

A good sized fully furnished double bedroom in a house with two PhD students and one final year medic. We're looking for another PhD/postgrad student for the next academic year. The house is well furnished with a good-sized kitchen, living room and bathroom. The available room shares a bathroom between three as the upstairs room has an ensuite (already let).

We're well positioned close to the bus station and Sainsburys only a 5 minute walk away. Nice area by the river for walks/runs, and close to paths behind the castle and into town. The kitchen has a washing machine and dryer, with an American fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space. There is a car park a few meters down the road (St George's Quay car park) if you have a car, which is £35 for a residents yearly permit which is quite easy to get. There is space under the stairs also to store a bike.

We're a friendly house who enjoy socialising occasionally and going to the cinema together. We're a fairly quiet and clean house, so are looking for another more mature friendly postgrad student. Feel free to message if you have any questions or want a tour of the house :)
