Double bedroom in centre of town

Hi all, I am dropping out of my tenancy for the next academic year and am looking for someone to fill my place. The address is Flat 2, 16A New Street. The tenancy is from 22/08/25 and is 47 weeks long. It is a 6 person flat, the other 5 people (2 boys, 3 girls - all currently first years) are all lovely and all get along great. The location is absolutely amazing - a quiet side street right in the middle of town next to all the shops and main bus stops, a 5 minute walk from Sainsbury's.
The flat is lovely and equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, double beds in all bedrooms, desks, wardrobes, and storage units. There is also wireless internet and a TV in the living room. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. If you prefer to keep to yourself there are two bedrooms available on the top floor which are nice and quiet (rooms have not been decided yet).
The cost is £151 pppw (all bills included) with a £250 deposit. Please message me if you are interested or have any questions and I will be happy to help.
