This is a 2 bedroom, first floor flat in the heart of Lancaster's city centre. The flat is accessed via a staircase, so please keep in mind that wheelchair users may struggle.

We are looking for two people to take over this lease for the summer term, with the rental period running from late April to late August. The relevant documentation can be worked out between us and the Landlord.

The flat contains:

> A kitchen with an oven, electric hob, fridge with a freezer shelf, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle;
> The living room comes with a double-seater couch, TV and stand, a table and 3 chairs with two smaller glass tables;
> Two bedrooms each with a double bed;
> Bedroom furniture includes two desks, a large chest of drawers and two smaller chests of drawers;
> Bedroom 2 has a walk-in-wardrobe and bedroom 1 has a cupboard with two poles fixed for clothes to be hung;
> The boiler cupboard is by the front door, with an extra storage space within and hooks on the door for hanging coats;
> The flat comes with a Henry Hoover;
> The dryer is right outside the flat door;
> An excellent maintenance man (shoutout to Kevin); friendly, does a general check twice a week and is incredibly responsive when things go wrong.

As students are not liable for council tax, all bills are included. We paid £400 each for our deposit, though there are cheaper options available which can be discussed with the landlord at your discretion.
