Double bedroom & private driveway to rent

A double bedroom is available in a warm, and welcoming home.

The room will be fully furnished with a triple wardrobe and desk. [Wadrobe is currently in a different room, you can view it during the viewing and it will be moved before you move in]

All bills are included (council tax, utilities, broadband), and you’ll be sharing the home with a friendly, tidy, and considerate housemate who works for the local council. I value a peaceful, atmosphere and am looking for someone who is tidy and not prone to coming home drunk as I need to feel safe in my own home.

I enjoy board games, hiking, reading, cooking, and Netflix, if you’re a fellow nerd, you’ll feel right at home!

I'll give as much space and interaction as you'd like - I spend a week away, each month to visit my family in Yorkshire, and I'm out visiting family in Lancaster/Cumbria, twice a week on a Wednesday and one day during the weekend - so you'll get the house to your self quite a bit!

This room would suit someone looking for short-term accommodation.
