Hi, our flatmate will be moving out at the end of this tenancy period so we are looking for another housemate.
We are three young professionals who work within the sustainability/conservation sector.
While the room is technically a single room due to its size, we have put a small double bed that has under-bed storage in. There is also a clothes rail and a chest of drawers. The house is cleaned regularly, and there is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
There is a garden to the rear, a driveway, and a garage. There is also on-street parking.
The house is located in Bowerham, and is well-connected as it is a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre, and there is a bus stop 5 minutes away for buses to both the University of Lancaster campus and the city centre.
All bills are included except council tax (Band C)
