I’m offering a lower priced studio with hello student as I’m no longer needing it for my final year of university. They’re a good company and are helpful and very easy to have a property with. It is £162 per week, this is a cheaper price than they’re offering at the moment for others as I took on the tenancy last year before they changed their prices. This studio is close to all shops needed for food shopping, clothes shopping, and close to bus stops for the Lancaster university and in walking distance to the University of Cumbria. The studio has a private bathroom as well as amenities for cooking and storing food. The studio has nice natural lighting as it is high up in the building. The building also has amenities for washing, there are washing machines and dryers available on the bottom floor, easy to use with the circuit app which information can be given about with a low price to use.
