Spare room available in Fairfield

Student only. The address is 3 Stanley Place, in the quite and friendly area of Fairfield. It is a Lancaster University Accredited House. The train station is 5 mins walk away and the bus stop a 3 min walk away.
There are 4 bedrooms (with double beds) and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The 3 remaining students are 2 girls and 1 boy. A nice, polite group.
The rent is £95 / week including utilities, WiFi, tv licence and contents insurance.

The landlord has been fantastic and has responded the same day when contacted.
I have included some photos of my daughter's room and the house. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been refurbished. As a bonus you can see the castle from the window.
