I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over a lovely accommodation double bedroom! The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, study desk, and ample storage space including an excellent closet wardrobe. Each room has its own private bathroom (ensuite style). The shared facilities feature a modern, fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine and dryer) where you can cook and socialise with friendly housemates :) It is an all girl house, who are all clean, tidy, and welcoming girls - tenants of all genders welcome!

Rent covers all utility bills including electricity, water, heating, and high-speed internet, with a council tax exemption/discount. Plus, every bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TV'S, giving you access to live TV, Netflix, Youtube, Spotify... etc.

The house is conveniently located close to a corner shop, town, and public transport:
9 minute walk to the bus station
10 minute walk to city centre
14 minute walk to the train station
Direct bus to Lancaster university opposite house!
It is located on a quiet, safe street with a lovely riverside walkway just across the road, perfect for leisurely strolls.
