There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, as well as a bike storage room inside, and it's a short walk to Sainsbury's, Lidl, and Lancaster Bus Station.

New furnishings are being put in at the moment, including a second sofa for the living room and a desk and chair for the smaller bedroom. Also not pictured is a wardrobe for the small room.
