Double Room in Spacious House

Hello!

We are a married couple living Lancaster near Williamson park and would love to rent our spare room out to a lodger.

We have a three bedroom house. We are in one room, you’d have the other double and then the box room is a space to relax, and/or have guests stay. In your room there is a desk, chair, double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Downstairs we have a large living room/dining room with lots of natural light. We have a well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals.

In our paved back garden we have a home office and a large shed area. You’d be welcome to work in the office, if you’d like.

A bit about us: We are not really party people, but we enjoy socialising and having a chat. We are vegan and love to cook (it’s ok if you’re not though!). From time to time we dog sit, and we love animals. We both work from home, in the garden office. We like hiking and nature.

We travel a lot, and therefore you would often have the house all to yourself.

We ask only that you are respectful and kind.
