Seeking lodger for double room

I am Becky and I am looking for a lodger for a spare double room.
My house is in South Lancaster, 10 mins walk from town and close to all travel routes, both uni’s and South Lancaster schools.
I live with my x2 sons who live with me half the week. They’re 11 and 16.
We’re all very private, quiet and tidy. We also have a cat who again keeps herself to herself unless you want to pet her.
You’d have access to a furnished or unfurnished room, theres road side parking and a shared bathroom, kitchen and front room. I’ve an attic if you need storage space too.
I am very friendly and i’d want you to make yourself at home. I work Monday-Friday and at times from home. In the evenings I like to go to the gym and swim and I enjoy cooking.
I am after someone who is tidy, can pay the board and is trustworthy.
I am council tax B for council tax too.
