Hello, and I’m sub-renting my room currently the house is occupied by 3 friendly girls medical student the tenancy agreement is until July.

The reason why I need to leave my room is because I am pregnant and I will give birth to my own time. The house is located 5 min from walk from town and all shops and amenities. Lancaster

Ideally moving date can be from 20th of March until July then if you would like to continue the contract you will then need to speak directly with the landlord and she can recontact you it’s usually 1 year contract and she usually takes postgraduate students or professional with a stable job and if you proof all documents.

Spacing room standard double bed, kitchen living room with tv, we have a big bathroom with bath tube.
