We have two large rooms remaining at this five-bedroom student house with a large kitchen dining room, shared living room, bathroom, and additional separate toilet, together with an enclosed rear yard and storage. Full-time students are entitled to council tax exemption at this band A property.

Edward Street, Lancaster LA1 1QH, is located within Lancaster's up-and-coming cultural quarter and a few minutes' walk from Lancaster City Centre, close to Dalton Square, Kanteena, and the Sugarhouse. The Dukes cinema and arts venue is virtually next door, while the Lancaster Grand Theatre is around the corner. Bus routes for Lancaster University and The University of Cumbria are very close by. This location makes the wide variety of town centre shops and services very accessible.
