Hey! I’m looking for 1 person to take over my contract for a house in town for 2026/27 (due to unexpected personal circumstances)

Location: 29 Green Street, Lancaster. This house is manages by Yellow Door Lets

£278.00 per week for the first 8 weeks of the Tenancy.

£556.00 per week for the remaining 44 weeks of the Tenancy

Deposit was already paid off, so you dont have to worry.

AND

The house and contract are already sorted, so you wouldn’t need to find other housemates.

Also:
– first 8 weeks rent is half price
– washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher included
– you can move stuff in early and leave it there over summer
