I am looking for responsible tenants for our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, ONLY available for a short-term stay from early September until the end of October (up to 8 weeks)

The house features:
* Two spacious double bedrooms
* Two bathrooms
* A small private back garden
* Part-furnished (large furniture fully furnished)
* Parking available

We only moved into the property earlier this year, so all furniture and appliances are brand new. We are therefore looking for a couple or working professionals who will take good care of the house during your stay.

Please note:
* We are not able to offer stays of 1–2 weeks.
* The exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be discussed.

Rent:
* £350 pw (all bills included)
* Deposit: £1,000
