Need replacement tenant

I’m looking for someone to take over my student accommodation contract as unfortunately I’m unable to attend university this year following the death of my father.

The accommodation is a 3-bedroom student house with two other female students who will also be moving in during September.

The room includes:

* Double bedroom
* Private en-suite bathroom
* Shared kitchen
* Shared living room
* Move-in date: 24th September
* Deposit already paid

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy, as I’m unable to move into the property myself.
