Lovely room in quiet house close to city centre

A spacious room (4i5mx3.2m) with a double bed in a Victorian terrace overlooking a public park in a quiet and pleasant part of Lancaster, it is 3 minutes walk from the railway station , city centre. and buses for the university.

The room is cosy and warm , freshly decorated in neutral colours and furnished with new matching wardrobe chest of drawers and bedside cabinet in a pale grey painted finish, a double bed, work table and comfortable office chair..

There is a spacious bathroom on the same floor with bath and overbath shower and a seperate toilet. A second shower room and toilet is located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is shared with two other residents and has a large range gas cooker , fitted units and a dining table, freezer and fridge. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and outside there is a (sometimes ) sunny back yard with seating.

The house is clean and tidy and there is a cleaning rota in place for residents regarding the the shared facilities . Also a cleaner provides cleaning services for the shared spaces.

it is a friendly house but also quiet and peaceful.. Residents are often from overseas and are most welcome . it is a pleasant and comfortable house for post grads or professionals . A female would be preferred.

It is a Covid aware household and there are extra measures in place regarding covid-19 including handwash dispensers

broadband is super-fast bt infinity 2 with unlimited downloads and good connectivity
