double room

We are seeking professionals or students to fill a recently vacated room. The house has been redecorated and has central heating throughout. Kitchen, dining, lounge and bathroom are shared. Street parking can be frustrating at times but generally ok. Close to two bus routes and 15 min walk into city centre. University is 5km however the cycle network is easily accessible. Potential housemates are friendly yet respectful within a chilled easy going house share.
