Room available for 2012/13 academic year

We have a house on St Oswald Street, it is on the road opposite University of Cumbria and is within a minutes walk to the bus route to the University of Lancaster. It is a spacious 5 bed house and currently we have a double room available through Yellow Door Lets, the rent for a double room, is all inclusive and is £72 per week. The property is available from and during the summer weeks it is half rent. Please feel free to email me if you have any other questions or are interested in the room.
