we are looking for a professional or student. Recently refurbished the house is of very good standard. Kitchen, dining, lounge and bathroom all shared. Close to two bus routes approx 15 min on foot to city centre. Cycling network easily accessible. University is four miles across town. Road parking available however this can be occasionally frustrating. The atmosphere is friendly but respectful. Thanks for taking the time to look.
