Sunny spacious room available in cottage style terraced house close to bus routes, Post Office etc South Lancaster. Easy access M6. Bills, wi fi and free local and national calls included. The house has central heating and a real fire. There is a pretty garden to the rear and sunny decking to sit out on.

I am looking for a female ...trustworthy and responsible who would enjoy sharing and appreciate living in a homely house! Preferably someone who is gentle and quiet by nature, who is clean and tidy, responsible and house-aware.
I would like to share my home with someone who has a job and is working, or perhaps a working male who is looking for a rent Monday to Friday.

It helps if the person is a morning person rather than a late night owl!

I have had housemates for some years... I can be flexible on dates if needed. At present I am looking to rent initially for anything from 3 months to 12 months.

Ps...the room is a double size and has a single bed.

Perhaps I should add I am youthful in outlook and appearance and am open to people of all ages!
