House near University

Looking for 2 postgrads /professionals to share large quiet house (4 bedrooms) between Lancaster University and Lancaster town centre. There are buses both into the town centre and the two universities from the end of the road or both are witin walking distance. There is one furnished double bedrooms to let overlooking large garden at the back of the house and another at the front of the house. There's lots of space with a large sitting room with TV, separate dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave), laundry room and plenty of storage space for bikes etc.
I travel away quite a bit for my work, so I'm keen to find responsible people who appreciate a comfortable quiet, place to live and share with myself and another lodger.
