Hi, looking to occupy a spacious double in a two bedroom house. The house is close to the rail station approx 5-6 min walk with the city centre maybe 5 min beyond. Street parking(steep hill)is generally ok but obviously not guaranteed. Very quiet area with local shops approx 200 metres. Lancaster University is 5km and St. Martins approx 25 min on foot.
